"Your enemy is not outside you, your enemy is your given servant, the mind. Your mind does not let you surrender, your mind does not let you have devotion, your mind tells you to do this and that, your mind takes you away from the truth. It's all your mind, because your mind is not tuned into the beam of light of the higher magnetic frequency which is the spiritual teacher, the guide."

Hope Springs Institute is located approximately 1 1/2 hours east of Cincinnati in the gently rolling hills of an Appalachian setting. In addition to yoga, there will be time to relax in the hot tub, walk the labyrinth, enjoy hiking trails and more. Our gourmet vegetarian meals are prepared ashram style to support the nourishment of your body, mind and spirit.
We begin with dinner on Friday evening, ending with a late lunch on Sunday.
You must live by intuition and
by consciousness,
and not
by commotion
and by impulse
......Yogi Bhajan
Silence and solitude are necessary to tune into the subtle levels of reality. We invite you to join us in the tranquility of nature and the transformative energy of autumn for a Kundalini Yoga experience. Our yoga meditations are designed to turn your senses inward with the "soul" agenda of awakening the subtle pranic and radiant bodies...awakening to all the subtle aspects of Self.
